1. Agreement
These terms apply when you use Buyonce.ai, purchase a product, or use Writerbox. By doing so, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the service or software.
2. Individual ownership
A Writerbox purchase belongs to one person. That person receives a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the purchased major version on their personal devices, including for professional writing and paid client work.
The purchase is not a seat, team, organization, or transferable license. You may not share account access, resell or sublicense the software, distribute installers as your own product, or use one individual purchase to equip an organization.
3. Purchase and updates
Checkout shows the price, currency, taxes, and seller-of-record details before you pay. A one-time Writerbox 1 purchase includes the current Writerbox release and compatible Writerbox 1.x updates. A future major version may be offered as a separate purchase.
Refunds are governed by our refund policy and any non-waivable rights where you live.
4. Accounts and ownership checks
You must provide an email address you control. Writerbox may ask you to verify that address to establish or restore ownership. You are responsible for access to your email and for keeping your devices reasonably secure.
Writerbox caches a successful ownership check so the app remains useful offline. A refund, dispute, fraud finding, or other valid revocation may remove access on the next successful online refresh.
5. AI features
Your ChatGPT or Codex identity is separate from your Buyonce purchase identity. AI features require eligible access from a supported account. OpenAI controls eligibility, availability, limits, model behavior, and any charges associated with that account.
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You remain responsible for what you submit, accept, publish, or rely on. Writerbox is a writing tool, not professional legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice.
6. Your work
You keep ownership of the writing and files you create. These terms do not give Buyonce.ai ownership of your work. You are responsible for having the rights needed for content you place into the software and for how you use or distribute the result.
7. Responsible use
You may not use the website or software to:
- break the law, violate another person’s rights, or distribute malicious content;
- circumvent ownership checks, security controls, or provider restrictions;
- interfere with the service, automate abusive traffic, or probe systems without permission;
- copy, modify, or reverse engineer the software except where applicable law expressly permits it.
8. Availability and changes
We may improve, replace, pause, or discontinue online services and AI integrations. The purchased desktop version is intended to remain useful offline for its local features, but operating-system changes, third-party services, and hardware can affect compatibility.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and software are provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties beyond rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buyonce.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, or loss of data. Our aggregate liability relating to a purchased product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product during the twelve months before the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow particular exclusions or limits, so those provisions apply only to the extent lawful. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights.
10. Suspension, termination, and updates to these terms
We may suspend online access for fraud, abuse, security threats, chargebacks, or material violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. We may update these terms as the products change; material changes apply prospectively and will be posted with a new revision date.
